Together we will dismantle the self sabotaging patterns that have been holding you back.

The journey:

Aligned Abundant Life is a 12-week group program. 

At the beginning of the program, each participant will receive an hour long Kinetic Aura Drawing to visually identify the blocks that have been holding you back.

Each week there will be a live group coaching session specifically designed to support you in uncovering self sabotaging patterns, embracing your whole self, and stepping fully into your Aligned Abundant Life.

Each participant will also receive a 1:1 Deep Dive coaching session to amplify the work from the group and support you in transforming your Shadows into your Superpower. 

Each participant will also receive a 1:1 Energetic Alignment Session to solidify the transformation on an energetic level.

 Finally, each participant will receive another Kinetic Aura Session to visually compare the transformation that has occurred over the 12 weeks.

The details:

This round of Aligned Abundant Life is running from June 22 – September 7.

Group calls will be weekly on Thursday’s from 6:30pm – 8:00pm EST.

All group calls and 1:1 sessions will be done online via Zoom
